It is so sad that a teacher from 1909 would fell at home in a 2009 classroom. What other business could remain in existence exactly the same for one hundred years??
From hard experience most of us think education means cramming something in, as if you were stuffing a goose.
Mainline education still speaks mostly to your logical, so-called left brain. The accelerated way engages your whole brain, your conscious and unconscious* minds, your imagination, senses, emotions - all the components usually overlooked in today's education.
*One of the surest ways to open achievement is to overcome negative unconscious convictions. It is so important to change the negative beliefs through the suggestive power of positive affirmations. POTENTIAL IS A STATE OF MIND.
I believe you cannot have too much fun in an English/ Spanish/ Italian/ French class. Most of us were taught: "Learning is a serious business". "Serious" education almost always builds stress. Scientific data has caught up with common sense: You are going to do better at something that doesn't make you feel horrible ;)
